On Thursday, March 20, Spring arrived. But more importantly, the report I had ordered a week earlier arrived by courrier. It’s entitled simply Building On A Budget.

It looked great and a quick glance inside told me I wanted to read it cover to cover ASAP. Well, the timing could not be better as this past weekend was a long weekend (Easter weekend) where I live.
